The Ministry of Industry and Trade proposed introducing a "Russian breakfast" in Russian hotels. It is also recommended to add a separate category to the menu for pensions, vacation homes, cafes and restaurants that serve breakfast. The goal is to introduce Russian cuisine to tourists and support local producers. The list includes porridge, pancakes, cheesecakes, local cheeses, meat and fish dishes. More satisfying options include soup with pies, kulebyaki and cornichons. Drinks include fruit drinks, kvass, jellies and herbal teas. Participation is voluntary: no one is forcing you to change the menu. There are no plans to involve factories with other national kitchens in the project. They want to develop a logo for the "Russian Breakfast" that can be used on the menu and in advertising. What do you consider a Russian breakfast? - Pancakes or cheesecakes with sour cream - Porridge with butter - Classic from childhood - Sandwich with tea - Yesterday's dinner.
