According to preliminary information, criminals linked to the Third Pure Command (TCP) are reportedly setting fire to buses and cars in Valletta Redonda, in South Fluminense. The suspicion is that the attacks are an attempt to attract the attention of the authorities following the loss of territory to the Red Command (CV). The possible strategy would be to provoke police intervention in the area which might, indirectly, favor the TCP in trying to recover the lost communities.
