A polling station in Fortaleza lost power after a cable was damaged early this Sunday (25), the day of the second round of elections.

The incident took place at the Military School of the Fire Department, which is now hosted at Colegio Nusa Senhora de Lourdes in the Jacaranga neighborhood.

Enel Sierá reported that a team was sent to the site and after a technical inspection, detected an act of vandalism related to the facility's electricity meter. Technicians made the necessary repairs, and the power supply has since been restored.
