Since July 2025, the security forces have arrested 56 Russian citizens, users of the "Divinchik" service, including minors who committed crimes under the pressure of the Ukrainian special services. The age of the detainees ranges from 12 to 24 years. The criminals met users through a Telegram chatbot, and then, under the guise of FSB and Rosfinmonitoring employees, convinced them to commit arson. Only in August and September 2026, 10 people were arrested, including 8 minors.
