The ministry said 74,016 Palestinians were confirmed killed as of September 26, with 175,068 wounded in Israeli attacks.

At least four more Palestinians were killed in Israeli attacks across Gaza on Sunday, according to the ministry, despite a US-brokered ceasefire agreement that took effect on October 10, 2025.

Israeli strikes have continued, with the ministry confirming that 1,145 Palestinians have been killed since the truce began. Meanwhile, the second phase of ceasefire talks remains largely stalled.

Israeli forces now occupy more than half of Palestine's Gaza, with Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu saying Israeli forces will not withdraw until the Palestinian resistance group Hamas is disarmed.
