The Ministry of Health explained which diseases are covered by the charity order in the health sector. Donations can be collected for any disease included in the International Classification of Diseases ICD-10. To open a charity account, the bank must provide a medical certificate or an extract from documents confirming the diagnosis. In this case, the patient independently chooses a medical institution for treatment, and all drugs must be prescribed by a doctor or board. If the necessary assistance cannot be obtained in Belarus, the patient may be sent for treatment abroad at the expense of the republican budget.
