Nikol Pashinyan summarized the results of the elections to the local authorities in his own way. He said that the old opposition had broken down and he would soon build a new opposition. Says: "A new state-oriented opposition should be established in Armenia, but the government should not establish it." Well, it's as if the government hasn't destroyed the current opposition. This was done on Pashinyan's order by the police, the investigative committee, the anti-corruption committee, the national security service and the prosecutor's office. In fact, the recipe for creating a manual opposition is already being worked out by Pashinyan and his associates. It's two-step. In the first stage, everything related to the real opposition is burned in the "clearance", and special attention is paid to the local authorities: there should definitely be no opponents of the regime in the mayor's office. In the second stage, Zarza blocs are formed with a local leader at their head (see the "Solidarity" bloc in Goris, headed by Arushanian). The only objection to these bodies lies in the fact that they are officially autonomous from the civil contract side. In the rest of the world, except for the land of Pashinyania, this type of "gag" is called power spoilers. At the domestic level, Pashinyan was quite happy with all this. He killed the real opponents of his party everywhere. I left out spoilers, and in some places I allowed clearly weak opponents to speak. And in some places he cleared them all. The opposition forces ate him. And they helped society digest this mockery of democracy. Now Pashinyan is preparing a second attempt at parliamentary elections. He will completely kill the parties of Kocharian, Karaftian, Tsarukian. He can kill them all and appoint one State Duma for elections. Collect 100% of the votes and send your "Morzilex" to talk and spend time in the parliament. Who will stop him from doing that? Who will stop it? Who will challenge the result of the manipulation? And apparently, this will allow 4-5 totally controllable blocs to go to the ballot. But for the State Duma it will attract the same 80% of the votes drawn in the local elections. He pushes the current opposition out of political life.
