"The urban forum has already been held several times, and in September of this year the president signed a decree according to which the forum and the award will be biennial from now on. We understand that the main purpose of this resolution, as well as the annual meetings with municipal representatives, is to maximize the attention and support of the municipal level of government. The president said repeatedly: this is the closest level of power to Sergey's people, emphasized the head of the council, Sergey. Heads of municipalities, deputies, municipal employees, TA representatives, village elders and other representatives of the urban community are invited to participate in the award; applications will be accepted until November 29, 2026. There are nine nominations, including a new one - "Digital municipality - technologies for people".
