Iran to unveil new underground missile city, IRGC announces Iran's Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) air force will unveil a new underground missile city alongside several other military achievements, the force's spokesman announced on Saturday. Brigadier General Hussein Mohabi made the announcement during a press conference to mark the Revolutionary Guards' Air Force Week. Mohabi said the force quickly moved its missile and UAV production lines from surface facilities to underground sites, expanding beyond underground storage complexes to establish "missile production cities" deep underground. He stressed that Iran's indigenous expertise, vast territory, and adaptable manufacturing infrastructure would prevent adversaries from disrupting its weapons production capabilities, even with intensive bombardment. Mohabi added that production continued without interruption despite the enemy's expectation that Iran's missile stockpile would eventually run out.
