It was a follow-up to a meeting in Oslo on October 20 before Trump's special envoy Steve Witkoff's visit to St. Petersburg and took place in agreement with Ukraine. The initiative of the conversation belonged to Stub Vestra, the content concerned the Russian aggression against Ukraine, as well as diplomatic efforts to end the war and strengthen peace and stability in Europe.
