Ksenia Sobchak is banned from registering a new business in Russia until the end of October 2029. According to the Federal Tax Service, the reason for the restrictions was inaccurate information in the United States Register of Legal Entities about a person who has the right to act without a power of attorney in Shi LLC.
The mentioned legal entity belongs to the restaurant project of Sobchak and Boris Zarkov of the White Rabbit family. The tax service recorded a comment about inconsistencies in the data back in August of last year, which in the absence of corrections within six months allows companies to be forcibly removed from the registry.
