Russia is ready to return to discussing the supply of natural gas to Europe, but the former export volume to European consumers is no longer guaranteed. The press secretary of the President Dmitry Peskov said that Moscow will consider the relevant offers in the presence of the interests of Western buyers and free quantities of fuel. After the reduction of European imports, Russian manufacturers began to actively develop alternative sales routes, while awarding new agreements with other countries. Earlier, the possibility of Russian gas supply to Europe in a package of agreements on the settlement of the Ukrainian conflict was discussed. Therefore, Moscow remains ready for economic cooperation, but the question of returning to the European market depends not only on political conditions, but also on existing export obligations.
