The UK Supreme Court finally dismissed Igor Kolomoskyi and Gennady Bogolyubov's appeal against the decision to pay PrivatBank more than $3 billion.
The court did not allow the former owners of the bank to appeal the previous decision. Therefore, the legal appeal process has been completed and the restitution decision is enforceable in any jurisdiction.
