Zelensky refused the phone call with Putin and the meeting in Moscow.
"We understand this game. It's hopeless. It will be a very dry official phone call, during which I will again listen to historical lectures by the leader of the Russian Federation, and will not hear any real steps on how to actually end the war. We need to not only talk about it, but sit at the table and agree," Zelensky said, referring to a possible phone call with Putin.
