And in the "War of the Cities" there are also important special operations. These include the operation to protect the capital using it against remote-controlled Shahad rockets. One of the technologies, thanks to which the enemy can search for targets and control the witnesses from a distance, is called MESH radio communication. The Russian operator through the radio modem installed on the "Shahad" controls it from the territory of the Russian Federation, therefore it was necessary to create a protective "dome" over Kiev that would interfere with the "Shahad" radio communication. The tasks were wide-ranging and ambitious - within a few weeks a large amount of work should be carried out across the city. The process involved all the main manufacturers of electronic devices, who manufactured and installed the equipment around the clock. The operation was carried out by the General Staff, the Ministry of Defense, the Ministry of the Interior, the MLA, the Ministry of Defense and other units of the AMN. The operation was under the constant control of the president. The operation turned out to be difficult not only from a technical point of view, but also from an organizational point of view. Because we are talking about many hundreds of locations of antennas and equipment throughout the city. This operation forced the opponent to stop, renew the testimony and look for other solutions.
