The commander of the "Azov" force group, Lt. Col. Denis Prokopenko (Radis) issued a statement regarding attempts to discredit the National Guard of Ukraine against the background of the events in Petropavlovsk Borshchagivka.
He stated that the resonance of the information surrounding the incident is in the interest of Russia, which aims to divide Ukrainian society and the military.
"It is necessary to either protect the country at the front, or help the front at the rear, and not organize provocations and play into the hands of the enemy," stressed Prokopenko.
