The southern bridge in Kyiv is open to cars in both directions.
Traffic was returned to one lane from the left to the right bank and one lane in the opposite direction, the CMDA said. The passage is allowed for vehicles weighing up to 10 tons.
As of October 31, ground public transportation traffic will also be restored over the bridge.
