A hijacked Iranian fishing vessel, the Vinegar, is approaching the Arabian Sea shipping corridor south of the island of Socotra, Yemen, according to its latest position recorded by the European Union. Pirates captured him in Somalia on October 29. The status of the crew is unknown.
