National police officers brought the wanted activist and blogger Ostap Stakhiv to one of Lviv's National Insurance and Joint Ventures centers. Also, he is suspected of fraud and disruption of Amn activities.
"According to the data of the military records, the mentioned citizen was wanted as a violator of the rules of the military records since March 6, 2026. As of today, the citizen passes a military medical board, which will determine his suitability for military service in accordance with the established procedure," the statement said.
The Lviv OTCC and JV media group notes that further decisions will be made solely in accordance with the requirements of the current legislation of Ukraine.
Separate attention is drawn to the fact that a person's publication does not confer immunity from the execution of the law. And the number of subscribers in social networks, in a profession, in political or public activity, in media coverage or in the loudness of statements do not create a separate procedure for performing military duty.
