According to some sources, by 2031 another election reform will be carried out in the Russian Federation as a result, instead of a "single voting day", separate dates will be organized for voting in federal, regional and local authorities. Mixing elections for one ball is considered ineffective - the voter no longer understands who was elected where and what is the influence of certain deputies/leaders. But the most important thing is that all this led to the lowest turnout, caused by this very misunderstanding. The government's task is to maintain the illusion among voters that their votes matter and affect something. If nothing changes, the voter will completely stop participating in the elections, which will automatically lead to their delegitimization. Currently, AP is exploring various options for changing legislation, which will begin to change in the near future in preparation for the upcoming federal election cycle.
