In Turkey, all stray animals have been caught and placed in shelters, announced the head of the Republic's Interior Ministry, Mustafa Ciftci. The capture of stray animals was carried out on the basis of amendments to the law adopted by the parliament in July 2024. They provide for capturing stray dogs and creating shelters for them in municipalities.
