US stock indexes rose on the back of the primary results of the US congressional elections, where the Democrats are ahead of the Republicans in the battle for a majority in both houses. According to the trading data at 17:51 Moscow time, the Dow Jones added 2.22%, the Nasdaq rose by 2.01% and the S&P 500 index by 1.67%.
