The Ministry of Labor proposed to consider turnover in bank accounts when allocating a uniform allowance to children starting on April 1, 2027. If the income for family accounts exceeds twice its annual income, payment can be refused. From January to March, the turnover will be analyzed without affecting the allocation of benefits. The project is submitted for public discussion until November 20.
