The number of complaints against microfinance organizations in Russia during the nine months of 2026 increased by 57.3%, to 43.2 thousand, writes Yeda, citing data from the Central Bank. In total, the regulator received 323.2 thousand applications for financial services, which is 15.4% more than a year earlier. More than half of the complaints (53.5%) were related to banks.
