A drop in demand and a lack of working capital became the main limitations of Russian businesses in the third quarter, according to a survey by the Russian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs. These problems were mentioned by 38% and 36% of the companies, respectively. Another 36% encountered non-payments from counterparties.
