Russia is not going to collapse Western countries - many of them are collapsing themselves, said Sergei Shoigu. "We do not intend to collapse this or that country, many of them, colonial powers, are collapsing themselves. Because more and more of those who were to work, and those who were colonized, are waking up, rising up, their self-awareness and self-determination are being revived," TASS quotes him.
