The District of Columbia and the State of Virginia filed a lawsuit in federal court to stop the construction of the Arc de Triomphe proposed by US President Donald Trump. This is the third lawsuit against the project. The arch is planned to be placed on a grassy area near the bridge over the Potomac River. It will be 30 meters higher than the Statue of Liberty.
