A visa regime for Russians has entered into force in Montenegro. The bilateral travel agreement, which had been in force since 2008, was cancelled. Russians will need to apply for a visa to Montenegro or obtain a valid entry document from one of the countries recognized by Podgorica, including any Schengen country.
