Secretary of State Marco Rubio said he spoke with Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov in Atlanta about the prospects of a meeting between Putin and Trump on the sidelines of the upcoming APEC summit in China. He noted that Lavrov's participation in the G20 meeting in Atlanta was a good opportunity to continue interaction with the Russian Federation.
