They want to oblige developers in Russia to provide new and reconstructed houses with communication infrastructure for at least three operators, writes Forbes. Without fulfilling this requirement, it will not be possible to operate buildings. The providers will also be required to provide other companies with access to networks that have not been used for more than two years. The new rules may come into effect on March 1, 2028.
