The US should temporarily cancel its duties on Russian phosphate fertilizers to stabilize prices, said the head of the Russian Union of Partizer Producers Andrei Guryev. He recalled that Washington had already suspended similar duties on fertilizers in Morocco, but this did not lead to a significant drop in prices.
