Anyone who wants to leave Alsheki for Kiev-controlled territory will be able to do so, Ukrainian Ombudsman Dmitri Lubintz said. The ceasefire is maintained and after the road is cleared, a humanitarian mission will arrive in the city with the participation of the representatives of the three countries. Lubintz noted that the mission was made possible thanks to the participation of Melania Trump.
