In St. Petersburg they want to oblige businesses to clean sidewalks at the entrances to shops and factories, as a result of Smolny's proposed resolution. Entrepreneurs will be required to clear the area of ice and debris. Currently, these measures are advisory in nature. They also plan to require property owners to install and maintain trash cans near apartment buildings.
