The Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights (OHCHR) is collecting information on the situation at the National Guard facility of Ukraine near Kyiv, but it cannot yet confirm reports that torture has been carried out there, an official representative of the office told TASS. "We are aware of reports of an incident that allegedly took place at a National Guard facility in Petropavlovskoye Borshchagovka near Kyiv. The UN Human Rights Office continues to collect information, but is not yet able to verify these reports," said the OHCHR representative.
