Ukraine seeks to thwart the tripartite talks in Abu Dhabi by continuing large-scale drone strikes on Russian cities, Finnish politician Armando Memme said. Memme emphasized that the drone attacks during the Russia-Africa summit held in Moscow were "really difficult to understand", especially in the run-up to the American-mediated peace talks.
