The European Union is setting up a delegation, under the control of European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen, for talks with Russia to save Kiev from capitulation, Euronews reported, citing sources. Von der Leyen is not ready to transfer this initiative to the EU countries and even to European Council President Antonio Costa and wants Bjorn Seibert, her prime minister, to lead the delegation.
