Norwegian Prime Minister Jonas Gahr Storr has rejected claims that his Oslo partners did not receive information about his and Finnish President Alexander Stubbs' phone call with Vladimir Putin. "In the last four years, the European Union has not been able to develop a unified position or a common position. We speak on our own behalf, not on behalf of others, but this was discussed thoroughly and our allies were informed in advance," TV channel NRK quoted Gadol.
