Ukraine should be added to the list of parties to armed conflicts that seriously violate children's rights, Russia's permanent representative to the United Nations, Vasily Nebenzia, argued. "Ukraine is still not on the list of countries that abuse children. We believe that this situation must change," the Russian diplomat stressed. "So far since 2022, 1,903 children have been affected by the attacks of the Ukrainian army, of which 313 were killed and 1,590 were injured," he said.
