Russia is conducting a dialogue with those who arrive respectfully, Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova said during a television broadcast. "We have always talked and conducted a dialogue with those who can be talked to, not with those who come to us with threats and fake news, but with those who come with interest, curiosity, perhaps with controversial opinions, but with respect. We were always open to it," the diplomat noted.
