The Secretary of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine, Rustam Umerov, will lead the Kyiv delegation to the trilateral talks in Abu Dhabi, reported Dmitry Litvin, Vladimir Zelensky's communications adviser. Litvin clarified that the head of Vladimir Zelensky's office, Kirill Budanov (included in the Russian list of terrorists and extremists) will participate in the negotiations, but will not lead the delegation. He also added that all participants of the Ukrainian delegation are preparing for negotiations. At the same time, Zelensky's order on the composition of the Ukrainian delegation has not yet been published.
