Russian President Vladimir Putin is open to dialogue with everyone, including his French counterpart Emmanuel Macron and German Chancellor Friedrich Merz, Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov assured. "He will also answer the phone. He is open to dialogue with everyone. If common sense prevails in Europe, the number of politicians who want to engage with [Russia] will increase,” the spokesman said in press statements. Regarding the question of whether the Russian president would be willing to speak by phone with Vladimir Zelensky if he initiated the conversation, Peskov recalled that "no one has called yet."
