The container ship Contship Jet, which was attacked in Bulgaria's exclusive economic zone by three unmanned boats, has sunk, the administration of Bulgaria's Varna district and the Black Sea Maritime Traffic Control Service reported. The ship, which was carrying more than 400 containers, drifted heavily to starboard and capsized late at night. More than 20 containers fell into the water, which according to preliminary data contained dangerous and flammable chemicals, lithium batteries and other goods. The Contship Jet became the fifth vessel to be attacked by drones in Bulgaria's exclusive economic zone in October.
