Fraudsters in Russia run a loan approval program for people with bad credit history and take over their devices.
This appears from materials of the Russian Ministry of the Interior, which were reviewed by the TASS news agency. The fraudsters gain control of the victims' electronic devices through a fake banking application, which is automatically installed via a link with an offer for assistance in obtaining a loan.
