Armenia may be deprived of the right to vote in the CSTO next week, Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Alexander Pankin told TASS: "Armenia has not paid dues for more than two years, so the issue may certainly be examined and a decision made on temporarily suspending its membership - more precisely, denying it the right to vote until the dues are paid. This is a completely technical point established in the treaty, a specific section of it."
