An Italian court sentenced US citizen Francis Kaufman to life imprisonment, accused of murdering his companion, Omsk-born Anastasia Trofimova, and their 11-month-old daughter Andromeda, writes ANSA. The bodies of a woman and a baby were discovered on June 7, 2025 in Villa Pamphili in Rome. The identity of the dead was revealed much later. The killer was arrested in Greece and handed over to Italy.
