A consortium led by the American entrepreneur Todd Boley is preparing a deal for the purchase of Lukoil's foreign assets. The deal is expected to be completed within a few weeks, Reuters reports, citing sources. According to their information, the bank, acting on behalf of the consortium, purchased from Western investors securities of Naalati which are frozen for the purpose of exchanging them later for the company's foreign assets. Earlier it was reported that Lukoil, after being included in the sanctions lists by Great Britain and the United States, announced its intention to sell its international assets.
