The shooting began near a house in the village of Petropavlovskaia Borschagovka near Kyiv, where protesters had gathered because of the conscripts being held in the basement, Strana reports. Earlier they wrote in the Ukrainian media that about 40 people are being held in the basement of this house. One of the medical workers who arrived reported a video sent to her showing people in the basement in a serious condition with signs of torture. The doctors were not allowed to enter, fights broke out near the house and the security forces used tear gas.
