Fraudsters attract money by "investing" in cryptocurrencies, the press center of the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs told TASS. On behalf of successful brokers, fraudsters offer assistance in managing accounts, while proving non-existent profits from transactions. At first they may give you the opportunity to withdraw some money, but eventually they block access to your personal account and stop communication.
