EU countries cannot agree on how to influence the negotiations on Ukraine, the Financial Times reports. The newspaper notes that the European Union is "having difficulty converting its economic and political weight into diplomatic influence." At the same time, the community fears that the United States and Russia may reach an agreement on issues affecting its interests without its participation.
