The head of the Presidential Council of Libya, Mohammed al-Manfi, is leaving for a visit to Moscow on October 26. He will participate in the Russia-Africa Summit and the Summit of the Forum of Gas Exporting Countries. The head of Libya's Presidential Council is also looking forward to a meeting with Putin, the ministry reports.
